Rob Faulds

Rob Faulds (born September 29, 1955 in Hamilton, Ontario) is a Canadian sports analyst on Rogers Sportsnet and host of Sportsnetnews. Faulds also does play-by-play for National Lacrosse League games. He is formerly a play-by-play announcer for Toronto Blue Jays from 2002 to 2005 on telecasts on Sportsnet, and has called regional National Hockey League telecasts for the Ottawa Senators and Montreal Canadiens on Sportsnet East. Faulds has also called Canadian football for ESPN[1] and curling for Sportsnet.[2] He worked on CTV's coverage of the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain and the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer, Norway. On the CTV series Power Play (1998–2000), Faulds was the play-by-play voice of the fictitious Hamilton Steelheads. Faulds also serves as one of two fill-in hosts for the radio talk-show Prime Time Sports when regular host Bob McCown is unable to appear (Jeff Blair is the other fill-in). Previously, Faulds was a sports newscaster at Montreal's CTV affiliate CFCF-TV and on CFCF radio 600.

His home run call was "Whaddaya think about that?"
